Episode 35
Cherish is struggling with Alex in the backseat of his car when Sasha appears, pulls Alex out, and beats the crap out of him. Sasha takes Cherish home. In Julie's motel room, a drug-induced party has occurred. Julie awakes without remembering much, but once she sees the three half-naked strangers in her room, she has a good idea of what's happened. She kicks them out and calls her friend Ashley for help. She admits to Ashley what happened (the drugs, the sex) and Ashley takes her to the hospital to get her checked out. Back at the mansion, Natalia, having just returned from the hospital, tells Ivan that Jeff is still unconscious; police said no one saw anything. Taylor and Dmitri make passionate love, while Dmitri still thinks he's with Daphne. The next morning, he sees Taylor and freaks out. Taylor plays her part perfectly, acting offended that Dmitri thought it was Daphne all the time. He's confused and apologizes but can't understand how he wound up in bed with Taylor. Ivan goes online and finds "Buddy," who says he got cold feet and chickened out. Ivan asks Buddy what his real name is...will he tell? In Natalia's office, she's typing and laughing in response to Ivan's inquiries. Natalia is Buddy! Cherish wakes up on Sasha's couch and tells him they can't go to the police; she just wants to forget everything. Sasha is torn and considers her plea.




Episode 36
The morning after the rave, Daphne sits in her living room, having been up all night waiting for Dmitri. Lyle walks in and plays dumb about Dmitri and Taylor's whereabouts. Daphne says it's over for good. In Taylor's motel room, Taylor continues to manipulate Dmitri about last night's fling. Dmitri decides he needs to come clean and tell Daphne everything. Taylor is worried this will jeopardize her plan. Alex visits Henry at the police station--not to confess, but to report he was attacked by Sasha. Henry has Sasha picked up for assault and battery. Sasha says they've got it all wrong but honors Cherish's wishes and doesn't say what really happened. At Spyder Games, Todd tells Natalia that Jeff is a private detective, hired by Dmitri. Both Todd and Natalia think that Dmitri hired Jeff to investigate the will, not the murder. Natalia learns that Jeff was supposed to meet with Ben Raymond, Boris'slawyer, at the nursing home where he's recovering from his stroke. Natalia visits Ben to see how well he's recovering and how much information he'll be able to tell Jeff. Ben is quite lucid and articulate. "I've got you now, bitch," he says. Natalia worries her evil deed with Boris' will is about to be exposed.




Episode 37
Natalia tries to figure out what Ben has told Jeff. He's told him nothing, but only because Ben was in therapy when Jeff stopped by. But before he can expose Natalia, Ben accidentally wheels himself down a flight of stairs at the nursing home, killing himself. Back at school, Alex's friends, Jamie and Lewis, rag on Alex for failing to score with Cherish. Alex assures them that the contest is still on--Cherish would never say anything about that night. Sasha remains in the police holding cell, furious with Alex but determined to protect Cherish. Henry shows up at the school to tell Cherish that Sasha is in jail. Cherish decides she's ready to tell her dad the truth. Will she? Jeff is recovering from his injuries at the hospital. Natalia runs into Dmitri at Jeff's hospital room and wonders why he's there. Dmitri covers, saying it's better to work with a biographer than against him. Jeff and Dmitri continue to conspire to exhume the body of Boris, knowing it's illegal.




Episode 38
At school, Cherish is about tell Henry what really happened between her and Alex. As she's about to explain that Alex tried to rape her, Sasha walks in and says he attacked Alex and it was unprovoked. Henry tells him they're going to the DA with Alex's statement and will probably put Sasha away for a long time. He leaves, and Sasha explains they need to catch Alex and his friends in the act of trying to rape these girls in order to get proof. Sasha, Rocio and Cherish break into Alex's locker and find a black book. Meanwhile, Dmitri is trying to reach Daphne to explain his whereabouts after the rave. He calls her and she demands an explanation, then hangs up on him. Natalia walks in and Dmitri alludes to having some information that can hurt Natalia. Dmitri secretly thinks that when they exhume their father's body and find out he was murdered, she'll confess out of guilt. Lyle comforts a vulnerable Daphne and gives her a big, juicy kiss. Dmitri leaves the office to find Daphne and tell her in person about what happened last night. Taylor invites Natalia to the boutique in order to tell her about what happened with Dmitri, knowing she'll spill the beans to Daphne. Once Daphne finds out, she and Dmitri will never get back together.




Episode 39
At school, Sasha, Cherish and Rocio look at Alex's little black book and discover it has names of high school girls in it with point totals next to their names. They figure out that Alex and his friends have this sexual points 'game.' Some of the names are of girls who they haven't had yet but are planning to--and Rocio is on the list. They find a photo of a drugged out girl in the book, proof that the girl was a conquest. Sasha thinks that if they can convince the girl in the photo to go to the police, they can stop this sex game ring once and for all. Dmitri finds out he needs to pay the grave diggers a lot of money to get them to exhume his father's body. Dmitri confides in Francisco and asks if he can pull some strings at the bank to get the money quickly. Francisco flips out and tells Dmitri he can't dig up the body--it's illegal! Dmitri tells him of his suspicions about Natalia. Meanwhile, Lyle continues to drive the wedge deeper between Daphne and Dmitri, saying all guys are pigs and liars. When Natalia answers the door, it's Daphne, looking for Dmitri. Natalia tells her that she has information about Dmitri. Will she spill it?
