The Rules -
Welcome to Soap Opera Source.com! This board is for all soap fans who want to have intelligent discussions with their fellow soap lovers without all the drama. In order for this community run smoothly, we need to have a system of rules in place.
HAVE FUN
- This board is about having fun with your fellow soap fans. No matter who we like or dislike, we should all remember to have fun.
Respect everyone at all times
- The bashing and/or "calling out" of your fellow posters or staff will not be tolerated. There is no reason for for you to attack someone for having a differing opinion. We're all adults here. Either handle your problem through PM or contact an administrator.
Spoilers
- We ask that you respect the rules set in place by other sites & boards. If they ask you not to post their spoilers, please do not do so.
Credit must be given to the proper sources. At this time, no sites are banned.
Language
- Some of us are more comfortable with profanity than others. For the sake of respecting everyone, anything you can say on network tv is allowed.
However, in areas such as the SOAPbox forum and rant threads, this rule does not apply. If you're offended by profanity, then don't go into those areas.
Signatures & Avatars
- Avatars- Your avatars may be no bigger than 160 x 160. Avatars uploaded from your computer must be no bigger than 50KB. The best option is to link to an avatar via tinypic, photobucket or imageshack.
- Signatures - All signatures must be no bigger than 500 x 200. For the sake of our members with dial up, you may no more than two banners in your signature at a time. You may NOT have spoilers in your banners.
