No no no, JP (as in you, not me )....I would only buy the first one since the second one is utter crap and the third and fourth ones are good but not good enough for me to buy ;)

Speaking of classic thrillers, I am watching Vertigo right now. Love Jimmy Stewart! :)

BTW, JP, is your mouth feeling better now? Not that I want you to use the mouth on me  but so I can call up and what not

Here is how I rank them (I won't count the "New Nightmare" one from 1994), from best to worst:

1. #1
2. #3
3. #4
4. #6
5. #5
6. #2

*Okay, I will call one of these days....and, yea, I was just being dirty but not actually serious. You know how I kid around ;)*

Actress Katie Cassidy has taken the role of "Kris" in the Samuel Bayer-directed reboot of Wes Craven's '84 slasher film. She's the second female lead to sign aboard after Rooney Mara. Kyle Gallner, Thomas Dekker and Jackie Earle Haley as Freddy Krueger also star.

Cassidy is no stranger to Supernatural fans. She had a good run on the CW horror series as the demon Ruby. Prior to that stint she played the final girl in the Black Christmas remake and was recently seen kidnapped in the Liam Neeson-starring hit Taken. Television viewers can also find her on Harper's Island.

A Nightmare on Elm Street begins rolling next month in the Chicago area and hits theaters on April 16, 2010.

Nancy’s Mom Cast in Elm Street Remake

According to Variety, Friday Night Lights’ Connie Britton has been cast as Nancy’s mom in Samuel Bayer’s A Nightmare on Elm Street remake.

The 42-year-old MILF is known for playing Nikki Faber along side Michael J. Fox on Spin City and for her role as Tami Taylor, the wife of Coach Eric Taylor, on NBC’s Friday Night Lights.

In the original Elm Street Nancy’s mom, Marge Thompson, became an alcoholic after her and some other Elm Street parents burned Freddy Krueger alive.

A Nightmare on Elm Street 2010 is currently filming and set for a April 16th, 2010 release date.

They are also filming in Gary Indiana. They filmed scenes at an abandoned church there a couple of weeks ago and according to On Location Vacations, they are filming scenes there again today.

I really cant wait to see this. It has one of the best casts of a horror movie, IMHO.
