I am beyond disappointed and bewildered with the LACK of writing that comes from Charles Pratt. He has completely decimated the characters we have grown to love, hate, and love to hate over the years. The storylines since his ambush of the show(lol) have been less than desirable, none of them are ever finshed or concluded in any decent manner. His so called reshuffling of the deck has been the biggest joke ever told. He took over and totally disregarded the rich history and/or storyline details that were detrimental to the characters in Pine Valley. I for one I am tired and sick and tired of the the same old bed hopping storyline between the sextuplets and the lack of storyline and character development. He is constantly bringing on new characters and dropping the ball with integrating them into the families that currently exist. I for one appreciate the awesome talents of the veterans who made the show what it is, the likes of Darnell Williams, Debbi Morgan, Michael E Knight, Jill Larson and David Canary as well. Pratt should take a lesson from the writers or Y&R. They skillfully know how to bring on new characters while using their veterans and not just using them as props to hold up newbies who have yet to really master their craft. Dont get me wrong there are some very talented young actors that are on today, I do not take anything from them. But Pratt has no skill and no earthly idea how to integrate characters, give us some resemblance of realism, while giving the drama that is soap opera! There times we go a week or so with out even seeing some characters and when they pop back on the scene something totally crazy has happened with the s/l. Anyway that is my rant Charles The Ratt needs to go and quickly or AMC will be following in the footsteps of Guiding Light and I would hate for that to happen to yet another daytime soap that has earned its place in the hearts of the viewers!

Anyone else who agrees can sign the petition below! From what I have read most of us are completely dissatisfied with his handling of the show overall! So lets put our money where are mouths are and let our voices be heard!

Good luck with the petition, ABC doesn't take them seriously though, they feel anyone can sign different names over and over.

I agree though Pratt is killing this show. He's a liar. I find his insults of his cast to be tacky and tasteless

He's lied about almost everything. He said he wanted to get away from the bed hopping that has been prelevant on this show, so what does he do? He amps up the bed hopping and extra marital affairs.

His blaming Eden Riegel for HIS failures I find to be sickening.

I know but someone has got listen at some point. This man is pissing off every fanbase the show has... I would have totally preferred the previous writers to stay than to have this awful crap he throws at us. The TPTB have clearly seen what happens when fans are unhappy.. Guiding Light of all shows cancelled... I mean really you would think they realize their jobs are dependent on us being happy. I am all for soapy drama but this is junk and if the cast dropping off like flies is not enough of an indicator that things are bad then what else needs to happen ya know??........
