I'm going to be so melancholy these next two days without my DAYS. Interesting show today I will admit. For a minute there, I thought Sami was dumping Rafe for good and then I thought to myself that if those two broke up, then Rafe should pursue Nicole. But then again, Nicole deserves EJ but I still think that Nicole should be with Brady.

I can't wait until Brady helps Melanie because you know that we're about to see some shirtless action going on between him and Arianna or whatever the hell her name is. I just want to see Brady shirtless LOL! I know that sounds selfish, but I've always been selfish.

However, I was kind of disappointed that today's show didn't have a great cliffhanger.

I'm a little disappointed we didn't get the annual Brady/Horton BBQ, but whatever. It wasn't that great of a cliffhanger either.

I did like the extended preview we got for next week though.

I felt really bad for Melanie today and she was sad to see her brother leave for London today. And poor Grandma Brady. I just wish that we had more Max and Bo scenes because I feel that those two never really talked a lot, so Bo's goodbye to Max was kind of not so heartfelt. Does that make any sense?

Adrianna is the new manager for Brady's Pub? Where did that come from?

But I do like those quizzes they give you after 20 minutes of watching the show in the beginning. I always seem to get them right!

I only saw a bit today and I LOVED the Nathan/Maggie talk and how they mentioned Tom, being a Horton, and Melissa. Wish I paid more attention to that convo. . .

I thought the strip poker was a bit predictable with Melanie, Nathan, Brady, and what's her face? But I did think that it was funny how Melanie pretended to be such a poker ditz which led the guys to think that they were going to win and see the girls strip down to their bras and panties.

Now y'all know I don't like Stephanie, but I'm seeing some major chemistry between her and Nathan! Anyone else? I'd LOVE if they hooked up!! That would be the first Stephanie relationship I could actually root for!

You know, I was kind of thinking that myself as well. I've always been up for a Melanie/Philip pairing from the beginning. And I think Nathan judges Melanie too quickly and I don't like that kind of behavior in a man. Because that kind of behavior automatically gets the heave-ho! Stephanie is judgemental, and Nathan is judgemental so I can see these two in some action I guess.

Nicole was so nice to meet Sami to tell her that EJ was not going to pursue the custody battle thing with Johnny. But of course, Rafe has to screw that one up by behaving like an ass when EJ was wanting to speak to Sami.

At least Sami was being truthful when she held Sydney and told her that she was going to be a little heart breaker and that she's got beautiful eyes. Yeah, Nicole and Sydney do look alike.

^LOL well I think Nathan is better than Melanitwit and I wouldn't want Melissa's son with that idiot anyways, so Stephanie and Nathan is good for me.

I haven't really been watching, but that was nice of Nicole. Rafe is really getting on my nerves.

I wish I had seen that Sami scene. Sounds really sweet! LOL yeah Syd and Nicole do look alike.

I'm diggin' DAYS, but I don't know ... I'm doing the flipping channel thing between DAYS and Y&R. Y&R is just kickin' it right now.

I do like Mia's ex-boyfriend. He seems like someone who could kick Will's ass. And trust me, he really needs an ass whoopin'.

Y&R is kicking ass which is why I only tune into DAYS during commercial break for Y&R. But even going in between those two plus AMC, some peeps just ruin the show, and I mean the 3 M's. I flip the channel to get away from having to watch Molly/Melanie on DAYS, so I go to AMC and I see Brittany/Marissa, so to get away from that I turn to Y&R and I see Clementine/Mac, and I'm out of options! I'd appreciate if these 3 soaps don't air these 3 actresses on the same day.

God, Kate needs to be smacked hard across the face. That's all that I need to say right there. I can't believe how she is when it was Chloe who saved her life. Times like this, I'd prefer Chloe knowing that she could help save Kate's life and then just turn her back on Kate and leave her there to die in the hospital. And I know that's a horrible thing to say about the subject of cancer, but this is a soap.

There are certain times that I miss the character of Ava because Nicole needs another girl companion in her life. True, she has Chloe, but it's just not the same.

I thought the Sami/Rafe scenes were kind of cute today, but what the hell was up with everything between the cusions of the sofa? You had a peppermill, then an engagement ring, then an old stuffed animal? Well, I guess next time when Sami needs a tampon, then she'll definately know where to look for one.

I wasn't watching regularly in 2008 to see an abundance of Ava but I definitely agree about Nicole/Chloe not being the same...I have never bought that sudden close friendship....Nicole did SOOO much stuff to Chloe back during 2005 its just kinda unbelievable to me.

I think the only "friend" of Nicole I ever enjoyed her in scenes with was Jan Spears during the 2004-2005 era.

That's a good question because I haven't watched DAYS in the past two days. However, I was sleeping last night and I woke up around maybe 4:45ish in the morning and I saw just a little bit of DAYS before I passed out again. What happened with Daniel? Because I saw Bo and Hope talking to him and things just seemed suspenseful. So ... what happened?

I'm actually starting to like Molly as an actress. She's definately improved from when she first came on IMO. The chick playing marissa, I haven't completely warmed up to yet, but I like her scenes with "Scott" and "Little A". Clementine-the jury is still out on her for me. She has had a couple of good moments, but overall I only like her when she's working with Jeanne Cooper or Billy Miller cuz they make her look good.

As for the Daniel/Chloe/Lucas/Kate thing, ICA! It needs to be over, they've spent too much time on it. And none of the actors are good enough to care about seeing the payoff when all this comes out. (MAYBE Lauren Koslow)

Nathan&Stephanie look so damn good together that it would be a sin not to try out a pairing between them. And I like Melanie&Phillip together at times too, so maybe there could be a potential good quad there?

I think that days has a great bunch of actors in the young sets.

Molly, Shelly, and Mark are all really good to watch. Molly has grown leaps and bounds in a year. I am sure working with Suzanne Rogers helped

I also really think that Taylor, Dylan, and the guy who plays Chad are getting better all the time.

I think tying the younger group to Maggie was a brilliant move. She anchors them. This is how soaps should use vet that they dont want to give their own story too. Maggie has Nathan, Melanie, and Mia living with her. She helps Brady with his recovery. And she has ties to Lucas and knows Chloe/Daniel having an affair. I feel the same way about Caroline, who really fills in a void left by Marlena and Kayla in Sami and Stephanie's life who also plays into the Kirikais family well. If only GH could do this with Bobbie and Monica!

sorry, cant comment on the show. I am about a week behind but will catch up tomorrow. But i will say that i like the pace of the daniel/chloe/lucas/kate storyline. its not dragging on for me. I also dont want the baby swap to come out too soon. I like long storys.
