Wow that's a lot. Here's a few things. The secret will be a huge hurdle for Carly and Jax to overcome. Dominic/Dante and Lulu are just friends as of now, but there will be a lot more of them coming up. Robin and Patrick's storyline was stalling on Kimberly and Jason's contracts. Now that they've re-signed, you should see more of them. Carly's baby is born in November. Ethan and Nikolas continue to clash as Ethan tries to prove Nikolas isn't the good guy he pretends to be.

Robin & Patrick will be a part of the Claudia/Michael storyline for now. After that, yes, Patrick's ex will be coming to town.

This is a pretty big storyline and it's about to pick up soon. There is definitely something big coming with Elizabeth & Nikolas. Nikolas is a huge temptation for Elizabeth. Other than Ethan trying to prove Nikolas isn't this great guy, Rebecca's irrelevant for now. Helena is already back. I have nothing on Genie, but you know the deal... when they mention a character onscreen its usually because there's interest.

Lulu has an accident at the Zacchara mansion. Johnny brings in a rescue team, but Dante is the one who's there with her through it. Johnny and Olivia aren't ending as of now.

I would think ABC's motives are pretty transparent. Kimberly & Jason only just re-signed and they were in story limbo. Please don't bring fanbase wars into this thread. There are no plans to break up Robin & Patrick. I don't know anything about a medical crisis. Ratings always have room to improve, but GH is doing fine in it's key demos.
