Yup. Mia is the blond with the bangs. She lives with maggie, who took her in when she was lying about being an addict to cover her pregnancy when she was dating Will. Mia had nowhere to go so Maggie let her move in and Mia joined Maggie's weekly meeting with Brady and Lucas and extras. Then as the truth started coming out Maggie understood and whatnot and has kept Mia. Thats why maggie was with her today.

As for the other younger set members... im sure you know Will and his story. Chad is the tall skinny dude with dark hair, he is Mia'x ex and her baby daddy. He and Sami have seemed to form some kinda odd friendship recently.

Then there is Nathan, maggie's grandson who just came to town and is a Dr. He is dating Melanie, the redhead who also lives at maggie's that is Max's half sister and daughter of Nicole's ex husband Trent (Max's dad). He also has a little thing going with Stephanie, who im sure you know.

Sami has done things that not only should have had her locked up in jail, but at the very least should have gotten her tail kicked by the many, many people she screwed over.

She never tried to have anyone killed, I'll grant that, but I will not say Sami hasn't done things that don't touch or come close to what Nicole did. She was WELL on her way to hell before she finally got her wake-up call.

And as much as i love modern, mature, adult, while still staying tue to who she has been Sami Brady i do miss old evil bitch that messed with Saint Carrie and was the black sheep of the Brady family. But again, ill take this sami over that one now. She has finally grown and changed.

Sami has date raped her Carrie's boyfriend, had her arrested by beating herself up and making it look like she was the victim, she lied and made Carrie think she couldn't have children, she kidnapped Belle and tried to sell her on the black market, she lied to authorities and said Lucas hit Will, drove him to fall off of the wagon, etc etc etc.

I like Sami, and I know Nicole did something horrible, but she doesn't hold a candle to Ms. Brady.

I loved the Caroline and Victor scenes! I love that the show still recognizes their long standing history together and how much they deeply care about each other. I love that about DOOL, they care about the character history and the relationships that made the foundation of the show.

And Brady, when I was really beginning to like you, you go and visit Nicole. *SIGH* The only one you should be focused on right now is Ari, not Nicole. Let her rot for what she's done!

I thought it was very sweet for Brady to visit Nicole because his feelings will never go away for her. And Nicole told it the way it is about Sami when she was trying to explain to Mia what she did.

And of course, Sami gets to take the rug-rat with her EVEN THOUGH it was E.J. who saved Rafe's life.

I know this thread is about currentDAYS, but I really wanted to share this, since it has to do with my fave DAYS character. Interesting comments I found about Sami in comparison to Eve (from another board):

I can't help but agree with this. I always have. I know I'm biased towards Eve, and the majority here are biased towards Sami (not that I don't like her), but I think this is really true. I wanted to post this on here just to see what old viewers might think, those here that watched back then to actually remember Eve. I've made it no secret that I'm a HUGE fan of hers, and I found it interesting that someone actually agrees with me on this, because I always sort of have thought this in my head. Reason I'm sharing is because while I know Sami is THE bad girl of DAYS, I always thought Eve was. . .better, mainly because the character was written better and more tortured. More understandable reasons IMO.

Sorry for getting off-topic. I just wanted to share with my DAYS buddies, even though I know I'm going to get a lot of disagreements probably.

Ive seen Eve/Sami comparisons for years, and i just dont get it.

Nicole is much more like Eve than Sami is or has been IMHO. Sami, when she was bad, was calculated about it. She set out to ruin people and what not. Nicle has always acted out od desperation and not knowing better.

But comparing a character who was on for a few years with nothing but amazing writing to a character who has been on for over 15 years and had about 12 years of bad writing just cant happen fairly.

Victor & Caroline <3 I am soooo glad we got these scenes. Also liked the Brady/Victor scenes and the Brady/Ari scenes. Too bad he had to go and talk to that bitch. I cant wait to see when Sami gets to confront Brady for his role in all of this.

Melanie & Philip are AMAZING! I love them. Stephanie needs to STFU. This jealous bitch bad mouthing Mel to Maggie because she wants him. Please. yeah thats right, leave Maggie's house, ya know where Melanie leaves. BUT i so love Nathan/Melanie too! and Stephanie/Nathan! and Stephanie/Philip! I LOVE this quad! Maggie & Philip scene!
